If the peel of apples is thin, it can not be clear, but just a little longer to cook.
Method of preparation
Wash the apples, remove the peel and core with seeds. Slice apples thin slices.
In a large pot add 1 Cup of water and bring to a boil. Add the chopped apples, again bring water to a boil and cook the apples over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
You can turn off the heat after 10 minutes to allow apples to stand for 15 minutes, and then again cook for 15 minutes. When the apples are fully cooked, turn off the heat and let them cool.
Then crush the cooled Apple mass in a blender or RUB it through a sieve to give a smooth consistency.
In a homogeneous Apple mass stir in the sugar and return to heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10-15 minutes.
Put hot applesauce in sterilized jars and roll covers. Turn jars, cover and cool completely. Store in a cool dark place.
If the apples are very sweet, adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
