Бородинский хлеб с кориандром в хлебопечке

A simple recipe for the novice cook.


  • rye flour 325 g
  • flour 225 g
  • water 80 ml
  • malt 40 g
  • honey: 2 tbsp
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • yeast 2 tsp.
  • salt 2 tsp.
  • coriander powder 1 tsp


4 hours

  • Stir the malt in warm water, cool.
  • Pour the yeast in the bread machine, then add wheat and rye flour, salt – to taste.
  • Pour in the oil, malt mixture, add the ground coriander and honey.
  • Baking time – three and a half hours.

The Council

After baking the bread needs to stand up, time – up to ten hours. Homemade bread to use for sandwiches, for submission to the first dish.
