A simple recipe for the novice cook.
- rye flour 325 g
- flour 225 g
- water 80 ml
- malt 40 g
- honey: 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- yeast 2 tsp.
- salt 2 tsp.
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- Stir the malt in warm water, cool.
- Pour the yeast in the bread machine, then add wheat and rye flour, salt – to taste.
- Pour in the oil, malt mixture, add the ground coriander and honey.
- Baking time – three and a half hours.
After baking the bread needs to stand up, time – up to ten hours. Homemade bread to use for sandwiches, for submission to the first dish.
