Тушеный лук-порей с орешками


Olive oil
4 stalks leek ,4-5 cm
3 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of thyme
a knob of butter
150 ml white wine
50 g hazelnuts
1 tbsp parsley
sea salt and black pepper


Take olive oil and fry on all sides , razdelyaet garlic, add thyme and butter , pour the wine. Bring to a boil, I add more butter. Cook for 12-15 minutes covered . Take the hazelnuts , grind them in a mortar with salt and pepper . Spread leeks on a plate , pour oil and sprinkle parsley and nuts.
