Запеканка из птицы


liver 500g
heart 200 g
curd 300 g
flour 2 tbsp.
protein eggs 3 PCs.
butter 20 g
margarine 20 g
crackers 1 tbsp
salt to taste
sauce 200 g


The liver and heart are boiled and passed through a meat grinder. Then add the grated cheese, lightly toasted the flour and salt. All carefully mix. Separately, whip egg whites and gently stirring introduced into the prepared mass.

The mass is spread on greased with margarine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs ground pan or griddle, the surface is leveled, sprinkled with melted butter or chicken fat and bake in the oven at 200° C for 20 min.

Cut into diamonds or squares. When serving, pour chicken fat or sour cream sauce.
