Курица фрикасе


Chicken drumstick – 8 PCs.
Pancetta – 100g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Mushrooms – 300g
Thyme – 2 tbsp
Rosemary – 1 tbsp
Bay leaf – 1 PC.
Brandy – 50g
Soup – 250g
Parsley – 2 tbsp


Potatoes – 1 kg
Shallots – 2 PCs.
Thyme – 1 tbsp
Rosemary – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 clove


First podrumyanim chicken. Strongly heat up the pan with olive oil. Season the meat with salt and pepper and lay out on the pan.
Cut the pancetta or bacon cubes and add to the chicken. When the chicken is browned, add a couple cloves of garlic, a Bay leaf, coarsely chopped mushrooms.
Season with thyme leaves, and rosemary.
Now that all components in the collection, it was the turn of “flambé”. Pour brandy into pan and ignite.
If you cook on a gas stove, it is enough to only slightly tilt the frying pan to the fire. But don’t tilt your head.
