Chicken rolls with mushroom stuffing is good both hot and cold.
Method of preparation
Fresh mushrooms, boil 20 minutes in salted water, and drain the water. If using frozen mushrooms, the pre-defrost and drain the liquid. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
