Chicken rolls with mushroom stuffing is good both hot and cold.

Method of preparation

  1. Fresh mushrooms, boil 20 minutes in salted water, and drain the water. If using frozen mushrooms, the pre-defrost and drain the liquid. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

  2. Onion peel and chop. Spinach wash and chop.

  3. Saute the onion in a pan with butter, 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and spinach, cook for evaporating the liquid, about 10 minutes. Remove the filling from heat, let cool and mix with grated cheese.

  4. Chicken fillet wash and cut thin slices the size of your palm, slightly repel. Add salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasonings.

  6. In a pan heat the mixture of oil and butter and fry the rolls on all sides, about 10 minutes. Cover, pour in a little water and simmer for 15 minutes.
