|Hunting sausages, smoked||200 Grams|

|Cherry tomatoes||7 Pieces|
|Olives marinated||1 Cup|
|Paprika dried||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper freshly ground||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Dry white wine||1/2 Cup|
|Bay leaf||To taste|
Method of preparation
Preheat a frying pan olive oil, place the chicken pieces and fry on both sides until Golden brown, set aside on a plate.
Put in a pan slices of sausage, sliced onion, garlic and sauté until the onions are Golden.
Pour in the pan wine, stir fried. Add tomatoes, olives, thyme, Bay leaf, slices of fried chicken and bring the liquid to a boil. Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish on low heat for about an hour, from time to time basting the chicken pieces with the gravy. Serve with tomato salad.
