- Crab sticks — 250 Grams
- Egg — 1 Piece
- Flour — 4 Tbsp. spoon
- Beer light — 50 Ml
- Lemon — 1/2 Pieces
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil — 20 Ml
How to cook “Crab sticks in batter”
Here is the ingredients which are used to cook snack.
Crab sticks put in a bowl, salt, pepper, sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and leave for 15 minutes.
The egg whisk to the consistency of the foam.
Add a beer.
Toss in the flour.
Stir until smooth – this will be our batter.
Crab sticks dip in the batter and fry in hot vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides until brown colour of the batter (I have the photo slightly burnt – be careful not to repeat my mistake).
Supply of crab sticks – room for your imagination. Serve them hot, and cold, with sauce or without. Bon appetit!
