Another variant of preparation of mushroom soup. This option will require a quality cream.
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- mushrooms 300 g
- fatty cream 75 ml
- white mushrooms, dried 5 pieces.
- onion 1 PC.
- lemon 1 PCs.
- thyme 2 sprigs
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
+ 1 hour 30 minutes
- To give the white mushrooms to soak in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut into cubes.
- Also chop the onion cubes, the thyme, cut the leaves.
- In a skillet heat oil, cook fresh mushrooms fried with onions and thyme.
- In the water where you soaked the mushrooms, pour the broth, bring to boil, boil with the soaked mushrooms on low heat.
- To make use of a blender, adding the browned vegetables, to puree.
- Add in cream soup, a couple of tablespoons of cream and lemon juice.
- Mix well, bring again to a boil, let it sit a little.
