Крем-суп из шампиньонов и белых сушеных грибов

Another variant of preparation of mushroom soup. This option will require a quality cream.


  • vegetable broth 500 ml
  • mushrooms 300 g
  • fatty cream 75 ml
  • white mushrooms, dried 5 pieces.
  • onion 1 PC.
  • lemon 1 PCs.
  • thyme 2 sprigs
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp


+ 1 hour 30 minutes

  • To give the white mushrooms to soak in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut into cubes.
  • Also chop the onion cubes, the thyme, cut the leaves.
  • In a skillet heat oil, cook fresh mushrooms fried with onions and thyme.
  • In the water where you soaked the mushrooms, pour the broth, bring to boil, boil with the soaked mushrooms on low heat.
  • To make use of a blender, adding the browned vegetables, to puree.
  • Add in cream soup, a couple of tablespoons of cream and lemon juice.
  • Mix well, bring again to a boil, let it sit a little.
