Суп карри со сладкой кукурузой


4 servings
Olive oil for frying
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 large potato, peeled and cut into cubes
1 nitrovideo or chicken broth
420 g corn puree
200 g can of corn
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic, crushed ocosingo
1 teaspoon Chile
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons peeled and chopped fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon salt
olive oil


First make the curry paste. Fry on a dry pan 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds and 1 tablespoon caraway seeds for flavor.
Grind them in a mortar to a fine powder with the garlic , chilli, turmeric and ginger. In this homogeneous mass, add a little oil
For the soup, chop and fry onions in small amount of oil .Add the curry paste and cook until fragrant, diced potatoes , chicken broth and season
When the potatoes become soft, add the corn puree , then add half of canned corn with liquid . Cool slightly and blend everything in a blender. Now for the texture, add the remaining corn . Everything is ready and you can serve
