Вкуснейшая картошечка в кляре


— Sour cream — 2 tbsp.
— Eggs — 2 PCs.
— Potatoes — 10-12 PCs. (small)
— Corn flour — 5 tbsp
Paprika — 1/2 tsp
— Dry garlic — 1/2 tsp
Sol — 1 tsp (or to taste)
— Dill — a small bunch
— Oil for frying


Peeled potatoes boiled in salted water until tender.

Prepare the batter: mix eggs, sour cream, salt, spices (I have dry garlic and paprika), dill and flour.

Boiled potatoes dipped in batter and spread on a pan with hot oil.

Fry until Golden brown on all sides.

Potatoes in the tempura are ready, serve.
