- kefir 400 ml
- flour 280 g
- butter 180 g
- green onion 50 g
- eggs 6 PCs.
- sugar 2 tbsp.
- baking powder 1.5 tsp.
- salt ½ tsp
- Eggs (4 PCs.) boil, cool and clean. Cut into cubes. Chop the spring onion finely and mix with eggs.
- Prepare the dough. Melt butter. Add sugar, salt and buttermilk – mix well. To drive 2 eggs – mix well. Add the flour and baking powder – stir to avoid lumps.
