Ароматный картофель по-венгерски.

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes
3 eggs
Sausage (that strollers)
1 onion
Sour cream – 1 Cup
Paprika
A pinch of turmeric
Cheese

Preparation:

First, the potatoes and eggs needed to boil, the potatoes I cooked in their skins.

Then peel and cut into slices.

Sausage cut into thin slices, fry with onions, roughly chopped (if adding spices, add during cooking).

Sausage with onion add sour cream, mix well.

In a baking dish spread layers (not tight, that sour soaked all of course):

– potatoes, eggs, potatoes, sausage with onions and sour cream, potatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 190 degrees until Golden brown.
