Billet suitable for compote, pastries, ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • water 500 ml

  • lemon juice 2 tbsp

Preparation:

+ 40 minutes

  • Fruit washed and cut in half, seeds removed.
  • Make a syrup from water, sugar.
