Гранола с орехами по-домашнему

A popular dish in the USA – a mixture of grains, honey, nuts, dried fruit. Good option for a nutritious Breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • oat flakes 300 g
  • the raisins 100 g
  • nuts 100 g
  • liquid honey 50 g
  • maple syrup 50 g
  • vegetable oil 30 ml
  • coconut 1 tbsp
  • vanilla 10 g
  • cinnamon

Preparation:

30 minutes

  • To prepare a liquid dressing of vegetable oil, maple syrup, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • The mixture to warm on low heat.
  • Separately mix the coconut with raisins, nuts, cereal.
  • Both mixtures mix well, pour into the form, level.
  • Put in oven, bake for 20 minutes, the temperature – 180 degrees.
