- oat flakes 300 g
- the raisins 100 g
- nuts 100 g
- liquid honey 50 g
- maple syrup 50 g
- vegetable oil 30 ml
- coconut 1 tbsp
- vanilla 10 g
- To prepare a liquid dressing of vegetable oil, maple syrup, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- The mixture to warm on low heat.
- Separately mix the coconut with raisins, nuts, cereal.
- Both mixtures mix well, pour into the form, level.
