How to portray a fantastically delicious dish from a minimum of ingredients and torment. I would have preferred the salmon, of course. Tasty, fast and festive.
2 piece of salmon at 180-200 g each;
big bunch of arugula;
a few cherry tomatoes and kumquats.

1. Fry the salmon until cooked on the grill pan, literally for 2 minutes on each side, no need to overcook.
2. Constructed our dish: on a bed of arugula stacked fish, depicted next to a salad of cherry tomatoes and kumquats, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, salt-pepper. Beauty!
