Ирландский суп с капустой и беконом

From a minimum of ingredients makes a wonderful tasting dish! Besides, the soup is good both hot and warm!


  • chicken broth 1.5 l
  • tomatoes 700 g
  • white cabbage 250 g
  • potatoes 250 g
  • bacon 100 g
  • onion 70 g
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

  • Onion cut into cubes, bacon strips. Put in a pan and fry 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring.
  • Potatoes and tomatoes peel and cut into cubes. Add to a saucepan and cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes.
