Итальянский цыпленок Пармезан


Chicken breast fillet 4 PCs.
Bread crumbs 0.25 bowls.
Butter 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 0.75 cups.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
Garlic cloves 4 pieces
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Oregano dried 2 tsp
Fresh green Basil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper freshly ground to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese 0.25 cups.
Olive oil 2 tbsp


Preheat the oven to 230°. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and prepare the products.
Melted butter grease chicken was divided into 2 equal chops. Then dip in mixture of grated Parmesan with the bread crumbs.
Spread on baking all the fillets in breadcrumbs and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and fry on a high heat until they are brown.
Add the tomato, salt, pepper, oregano and Bay leaf and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Take out from the oven chicken and tbsp spread marinara sauce on each piece. Sprinkle top with 1.5 tbsp of shredded mozzarella.
Bake 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Decorate with chopped Basil and serve on a bed of spaghetti.
