  • butter 260 g
  • peanuts 130 g
  • hazelnut 130 g
  • walnuts 120 g

Preparation:

  • Peanuts, hazelnuts and walnuts to put into the pan, fry for four minutes, cool and chop.
  • Beat butter at maximum speed.
