Step 1: Prepare the filling.
Onions and garlic peel and cut into small cubes.
Mushrooms wash, dry.
Melt in a pan with about 1 tsp of butter and saute the onions with garlic until transparent.
Slice the mushrooms into strips and put in pan with onions. Cook until the water is corrected. Before the end of frying, add finely chopped thyme and rosemary. Stir, remove from heat.
Step 2: Roll out the dough.
Puff pastry roll out and divide into 9 rectangles with sides approximately equal 10×20 cm
Step 3: Sculpt cakes.
Spread the mushroom stuffing in the center of the rectangles. Wrap the edges of the dough so they stick together with each other.
Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper for baking, brush top of dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 4: Bake the pies of flaky pastry with mushrooms.
Bake the pies of flaky pastry with mushrooms in a preheated 170 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Golden patties cool down a bit.
Step 5: Serve the patties from puff pastry with mushrooms.
Serves the pies of flaky pastry with mushrooms as snacks or hot meals (they are great with soup, for example).
