Delicious and simple
Dish with spicy taste.
- water 700 ml
- chicken 450 g
- rice 350 g
- raisins 120 g
- onion white 2 PCs.
- carrots 2 PCs.
- Bay leaf 1 PC.
- black peppercorns 4 PCs.
- vegetable oil
- The pieces of chicken to fry for twelve minutes with any vegetable oil.
- Chop the carrots and white onion, add to meat.
- Cook all together for another twelve minutes.
- Products must acquire a Golden hue.
- Rinse raisins, seeds and rice, to add products in bulk.
- Add salt, spices.
