Delicious and simple
For cooking traditionally uses lamb, but you can cook a delicious dish from chicken, lean pork.
- water 750 ml
- lamb 550 g
- carrots 350 g
- white onion 350 g
- long grain rice 270g
- garlic 1 PC.
- cumin 1 pinch
- ground black pepper 1 pinch
- salt 1 pinch
- vegetable oil
- The meat is well washed, cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Product sprinkle with seasonings and salt.
- Cook the pieces in the mode “Roasting” in a pre-warmed vegetable oil for twelve minutes.
- Yellow cut carrots into sticks, white onion – half rings.
- Transfer the vegetables to the meat, all together, warm up for eight minutes.
- Pour a little water, season with salt again if necessary.
- Leave the product on for two minutes in the same mode.
- Rinse long-grain rice, pour in the bulk, the surface is leveled.
- Head of garlic, wash and completely immersed in the middle of the dish.
- Set the mode “Pilaf”.
Dish and serve with pickled vegetables or a salad of fresh vegetables.
