Картофельный салат с горошком и квашеной капустой

Today I come to you with a Lenten salad with potato and sauerkraut. Salad to taste like vinaigrette. The salad is easy to prepare and it uses the most common foods.


  • potatoes 400 g
  • carrots 300 g
  • canned green peas 250 g
  • sauerkraut 250 g
  • onions 100 g
  • dill 2 sprigs
  • salt 15 g
  • ground black pepper 10 g
  • sunflower oil 3 tbsp


40 minutes + 10 minutes

  • Boil vegetables. Cut a cube of hot carrots and potatoes.
  • Vegetables sprinkle with salt and pepper, dressed with sunflower oil and set aside to cool.
  • Grind the herbs.
  • Grind the onion.
  • Mix all salad ingredients and it’s ready!
