Салат «Праздничный» с кальмарами, грибами и креветками

The name speaks for itself – this salad is not for every day. Included raw mushrooms, a rare mushroom, which are completely safe.


  • squid 300 g
  • mushrooms 200 g
  • mayonnaise 150 g
  • crab sticks 100 g
  • shrimp 100 g
  • canned pineapple 100 g
  • eggs 4 PCs.
  • caviar 30-40 g
  • olives 7-10 PCs.
  • parsley sprigs 5-7
  • ground black pepper
  • salt


+ 40 minutes

  • Cook eggs, peel, cut into cubes.
  • Crushed canned pineapple.
  • Squid fillet boil in salted water, cut into small strips.
  • Boil shrimps, peel and cut in half.
  • Chop the crab sticks and mushrooms, chopped parsley.
  • Ingredients to combine, season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.
