Салат «Нисуаз» с тунцом, анчоусами и фасолью

The national dish of French cuisine. Salads of green beans tasty and original, the main product goes well with any vegetables, fish.


  • tuna fillet 400 g
  • green beans green 180 g
  • olive oil 130 ml
  • black olives 90 g
  • lettuce leaves 50
  • tomatoes cherry-12 PCs
  • fillet of salmon 8 PCs
  • young potatoes 8 pieces
  • eggs 2 PCs.
  • lemon 1 PCs.
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
  • white wine vinegar 2 tbsp.
  • capers 2 tbsp

  • Boil potatoes and cut into cubes. It is better to use young potatoes, for cooking will need no more than ten minutes.
  • Green beans cut into pieces three or four inches, place in boiling water for three minutes, cool, mix with the potatoes.
  • Tuna fillets to fry in a pan in hot oil in a few minutes, you should see a Golden brown.
  • Add a product to potatoes and beans.
  • Boil, peel and dice eggs.
  • To make the sauce from Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, chopped garlic, salt.
  • On a wide and flat dish lay out lettuce leaves on them – mixed ingredients.
  • Decorate with halves of cherry tomatoes, capers, olives.
  • Pour the prepared salad mustard sauce, spread half of the eggs, anchovies.
