Салат с кальмарами, шампиньонами и оливками

A healthy dish with vegetables. The squid contains many minerals, natural antioxidants and vitamins.


  • squid 100 g
  • mushrooms 100 g
  • eggs 1 PC.
  • onion 1 PC.
  • pickled cucumbers 1 EA.
  • olives 5 pieces.
  • greens
  • mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • salt


+ 40 minutes

  • Mushrooms wash, cut in half if they are large, boil in salted water for ten minutes.
  • Drain the liquid through a colander, mushrooms cool, cut into small pieces.
  • Onion peel, wash, cut into cubes.
  • Boil in salted water squid, cut into strips.
  • Boil eggs, finely chop.
