Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 1-2 PCs.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Raisins – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Green onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 Soak the raisins in boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2 With the chicken legs, remove the skin and cut all the meat, cut in small pieces. Spread on a heated pan with oil and fry until cooked. Salt, pepper.
  • Step 3 dill, parsley and onions finely chop.
