Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Wash the endive in cold water, Pat dry, cut off the hard part. The rest is cut into strips of medium thickness (about 1 cm).
Clean out of half the pomegranate seeds.

Salad with chicory and serve immediately. It has a very peculiar and intense flavour, so it is better to offer it as a snack separate from other foods.
