Ingredients

  • Lettuce — 1 bunch
  • Eggs — 2 PCs.
  • Canned corn — 200 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper — 1 PC.
  • Celery — 1 PC.
  • Garlic — 1 clove
  • Sour cream — 4-5 tablespoons
  • Mustard — 1 tsp.
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method of preparation

  • Step 1 lettuce wash, dry, torn into pieces and spread on a dish.
  • Step 2 boil Eggs, finely chop and spread on salad.
  • Step 3 Add bell pepper cut into thin slices.
  • Step 4 pour on Top of corn.
  • Step 5 celery finely cut and add to salad.
  • Step 6 For the filling combine the sour cream, mustard, pressed garlic and salt. Stir.
  • Step 7 pour Salad dressing and serve.
