Салат «Хе» из говядины с огурцами и помидорами

Excellent snack, but for cooking this dish you need to be confident in the quality of meat, because prescription it is not subjected to heat treatment.


  • beef 250 g
  • cucumbers 2 PCs.
  • tomatoes 2 pieces
  • carrots 2 PCs.
  • onion 2 PCs.
  • vegetable oil 100 ml
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • acetic essence 70% 1 tbsp.
  • coriander powder
  • ground black pepper


5 hours + 20 minutes

  • Beef cut into strips, season with salt to taste and pour over the vinegar, put a small load and leave to marinate, time – from five to six hours.
  • Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions.
  • Stir, add meat.
  • Add pepper and coriander, minced garlic.
  • Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, season with salt and pour it into the salad.
