- Beef cut into strips, season with salt to taste and pour over the vinegar, put a small load and leave to marinate, time – from five to six hours.
- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions.
- Stir, add meat.
- Add pepper and coriander, minced garlic.
- Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan, season with salt and pour it into the salad.
The finished dish garnish with slice of lemon and leaves of green.
