- the bread for the sandwiches 6 pieces
- tomatoes 2 pieces
- cucumber 1 PC.
- chicken fillet ½
- lettuce 4 sheets
- mayonnaise 4 tsp.

- Slices of bread to toast or dry fry in a dry pan.
- Chicken boil, cut into thick slices.
- Fresh cucumbers and tomatoes to cut circles, tips to remove.
- Bread spread with mayonnaise “Provencal”, put well washed and drained salad.
- The following layers – chicken, vegetables.
- Further, the second slice of bread, spread mayonnaise on two sides, tomatoes, chicken, salad.
- Cover with the third slice of bread, smeared with mayonnaise.
For prolonged storage the better sandwiches wrapped in wax paper.
