- sprats Bank 1
- carrots 2 PCs.
- walnuts 1 handful
- garlic 3-4 cloves
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- whole wheat bread
+ 30 minutes
- Black grain bread cut into triangles.
- Sear in a hot dry pan.
- Grate raw carrots, mix with chopped nuts, crushed garlic and mayonnaise.
- Cover the bread with carrot pasta. Spread on the fish.
Sandwiches garnish with young fennel.
