Морской «Хе» с осьминогами и кальмарами

A dish for lovers and lovers of seafood.

Ingredients:

  • squid frozen 1 kg
  • octopus 1kg
  • onion 1 PC.
  • carrot 1 PC.
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • vegetable oil 100 ml
  • acetic essence 70% 2 tbsp.
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  • sugar 2 tsp.
  • chili pepper ground 2 tsp.
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp.
  • sesame oil ½ tsp
  • ground black pepper ½ tsp

Preparation:

4 hours + 45 minutes

  • Frozen octopus boiled for ten or fifteen minutes.
  • Add the calamari, in two minutes, take the pan off from heat.
  • After ten minutes, drain the water, the seafood is washed and cut into.
  • Chop the carrots, season with salt and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Allow to stand to let the juice, excess liquid drained.
  • Ready seafood to shift in a bowl, add sugar and salt, sesame oil and pepper, pour soy sauce, mix well.
  • Put the chopped onion, carrots, sprinkle black and red pepper, ground coriander and sesame seeds, chopped garlic.
  • Salad pour hot vegetable oil, mix well and put to chill for four hours or overnight.
