Солянка с помидорами


  • Beef on the bone 350g
  • Blade approximately 450 g

  • Sausage 250 g
  • Carrots 3 pieces.
  • Leeks 1 PC.

  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Tomatoes (without skin) 3 PCs.
  • Butter 3 tbsp.
  • Tomato sauce 190 g
  • Cucumbers 6 EA.
  • Cucumber pickle 1 tbsp.
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Allspice to taste
  • Bay leaves to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Inventory:

    frying pan, saucepan, knife, cutting Board, spatula


    Step 1: cook the broth.

    Bring the broth, chopped meat, add the sauteed vegetables and sausage with the bacon. Add chopped leeks and chopped carrots. Pour in the brine. Dosolit to taste, more pepper. Stir and cook together for 10-15 minutes. If you want the broth thicker, add a little flour.
    If the broth is too sour, add 1-2 tsp sugar.
    Sprinkle with chopped greens and leave the lid on for 10 minutes.

    Step 4: serve soup with tomatoes.
