    Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

    Meat cut into small size pieces, onion into cubes, cucumber and sausage cut into strips. Olives cut into slices. Garlic skip through the press or RUB on.

    Pour in the bag of the white wine and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Step 6: add the cucumbers.

    Melt some more butter and fry in it the pickles. Add them to the stew.

    Step 7: bring the stew until tender.

    Add to the soup Bay leaves, cumin, and pepper, if necessary. Stir and cook all together for another 10 minutes.
    Add vodka, pickle juice, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

    Step 8: serve the stew.
