Water – 2-2,5 l
Rabbit – 450 g
Pasta – 70g
Carrot – 1 PC.
Onion – 0,5-1 pieces.
Potatoes – 2 PCs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Parsley – 0,5 beam
Salt – 1 tsp
To prepare the ingredients for soup of rabbit with pasta.
Rabbit meat wash, cut into small pieces.
Pour 2 liters of cold water, cook for 45 minutes.
Carrots to clear, wash, grate on a coarse grater. Onions clean, wash, finely chop.
Onions and carrots sauté in vegetable oil. On a frying pan, heat the oil, put the vegetables, fry them on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into cubes.
In boiling broth put the potatoes, cook for 7 minutes.
Add the pasta, the browned vegetables, Bay leaf, salt and pepper, cook until tender (5-10 minutes).
Diet soup of rabbit with pasta is ready.
Pour into soup bowls, sprinkle with parsley.
