Острый суп с фрикадельками


1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
-1 St paste chipotle Chile
400 g canned tomato
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 liter beef or chicken broth
340 g of corn canned
2 zucchini

For meatballs

– 1 small onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Olive oil
– 1 tsp chili flakes
– 500 gr. ground beef
– 75 gr. bread crumbs
– 3-4 tbsp milk
– Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


1 large handful of chips
4 tablespoons of chopped coriander
2 tablespoons jalapeno


Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the dried chilli flakes. Fry for 2 minutes. Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Put separately in a bowl of bread crumbs. Do the deepening and pour in 3-4 tablespoons of milk. Stir. Add to the minced meat. Spread from the pan the onion, garlic and chilli in the mince. Stir.
Make small balls from the minced meat. Fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the caraway seeds. Put meatballs. Fry on strong fire. When meatballs are browned, add the chili paste. 4. Add the tomatoes from the jar, oregano and a liter of beef broth. Stew. Add sweet corn and chopped zucchini. In conclusion, peppercorns put spicy jalapeno. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and corn chips.
