Often dinner is a delight of the day and in cooking in many senses, then you can afford to spend some time to cook a favorite dish.
- minced meat 600 g

- To the egg add salt, water, stir and gradually introduce proseyannuyu flour, knead a tight dough, put it in a bag and 15 minutes send in the refrigerator.
- Add minced 50 ml. of water, salt, pepper, seasonings and mix well.
- A raw potato rubbed on a coarse grater, drained and sprinkled with lemon juice.
- Chop onion, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater and fry until transparent onion.
- The dough is divided into two parts, one part is rolled out very thin, the second part of the test sent in the freezer for next time. On the dough spread the stuffing, greens, potatoes and roll into a roll.
- Cut into pieces of about 4 cm, put in a pan with fried onions and carrots.
Make the filling by mixing the tomato paste, sour cream and ground pepper, pour over rolls, cover with a lid and put on slow heat for 30 minutes after boiling. Serve with sour cream sprinkled with chopped greens.
