To cook just
All love Swedish design. But few know that he proved himself in cooking. Toast Skagen is a design response from the Swedish fast food restaurateur Tour Wretman
- bread toast 4 PCs.
- shrimp 100 g
- mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
- Pollock ROE 4 tsp.
- sweet mustard 1 tsp.
- olive oil (for frying) 1 tsp.
- dill 4 g
- The bread cut off the crust. Fry in a grill pan (but not necessarily) in olive oil until Golden brown on both sides.
- Shrimp pour boiling water for 2 minutes, then clean. Spread into the pan and fry from both sides for 2 minutes.
- To shift the prawns in a bowl add mayonnaise and mustard and chopped dill – mix well.
- Spread on toast, stuffed shrimp, and sprinkle on a teaspoon of caviar Pollock.
