A simple recipe original and tasty dessert.
- Milk : 500 ml.
- Eggs : 2 pieces
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Flour: 150 gr.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
- Cottage cheese: 250 gr.
- Sour cream: 4 tbsp
- Sugar : to taste
- Sugar, sour cream: 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder: 1 tsp
Pancakes are loved by many: both adults and children. They are used in pure form with sour cream or different sauces, toppings. We offer you to try serve pancakes original – in the form of rolls. The filling for the rolls can be very diverse, simple – any jam or jam. If you have time and inclination, you can cook a delicious curd, which add fresh berries or fruit.
An important element of pancake rolls – pancakes themselves. Recipes of cooking a lot, each housewife has her own, special recipe. We suggest to prepare pancakes with milk, for the filling, take the cheese taste any fat. The sugar in the curd is also added to taste. Cottage cheese can replace ricotta or soft cheese. To make really delicious, home-style, prepare the chocolate sauce. It is the basis of all three ingredients: cacao, sour cream and sugar.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt.
- Pour the warm milk and whisk everything together.
- Sift the flour, mix well. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Add the vegetable oil, mix well.
- Knead the batter.
- Fry the pancakes until Golden.
- Mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream. The filling should not be liquid.
- To join in saucepan cocoa, sugar and sour cream for the sauce.
- Cook the sauce over low heat for 1 minute. Do not allow to boil.
- Grease the pancake cottage cheese filling, roll the rolls, slice in the form of rolls.
- Pour pancake rolls with chocolate sauce.
