Мандариновый чизкейк без выпечки



Butter for greasing
175 g biscuits
75 g butter

For the filling:

400 g cream cheese
2 vanilla pod
100 g icing sugar
1 orange ( zest of)
300 ml cream

For decoration:

500 grams of tangerines (you can canned)


Grease a baking dish 20 cm with butter. Peel the tangerines and divide into segments. Crush cookies in a food processor. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, add the biscuits and stir.Place in a form and put in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Remove the seeds from the vanilla. In a separate bowl pour the cream , sift the icing sugar and mix with orange zest and vanilla .
Whisk until peaks, then add the cheese and mix well. Place the mixture on the base and place in freezer for 5 minutes. Then put the Mandarin slices and serve.
