Тарт с грушей и имбирем


4 pears
375 g yeast dough
3 cm piece of fresh ginger
1 tbsp candied ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1 egg
powdered sugar


Slice the pear. Add candied ginger, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger and lemon zest. Stir. Roll the dough into the reservoir. Place the pear in the center of the circle. Grease the edges of the dough with egg. The raised edges. Put the remaining pear. Lubricated with egg and sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon zest. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tart with powdered sugar.
