I want to offer one way of salting bacon onion skins, which turns a beautiful Golden color, very tasty, mild and has a touch of smoked meat.
I recommend for this recipe take fat meat layers. In my opinion, this is one of the most delicious cold appetizers, which will decorate a festive table, and will perfectly fit in your daily menu.
- water 3 l
- fat 1.5 kg
- salt 300 g
- garlic 5 cloves
- onion peel 2 handfuls
- pepper sweet peas 6 pieces
- Bay leaf 4 PCs.
- paprika ground 2 tsp.
- ground black pepper 1 tsp.
+ 12 hours 40 minutes
- In a pan sent washed onion peels, Bay leaves and sweet peas, salt and fill with water.
- Omit the bacon and sent to the fire, boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Stuiver fat and put into the fridge for 12 hours.
After 12 hours take out the fat, dry it.
- Mix paprika, black pepper and squeezed through a garlic press.
- Cooked spice mixture coat the bacon on all sides.
- Put the bacon in the package and put into the fridge.
