Сало в луковой шелухе с чесноком

  • water 3 l
  • fat 1.5 kg
  • salt 300 g
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • onion peel 2 handfuls
  • pepper sweet peas 6 pieces
  • Bay leaf 4 PCs.
  • paprika ground 2 tsp.
  • ground black pepper 1 tsp.


+ 12 hours 40 minutes
