Печень в ореховом соусе с чесноком.


✓ Chicken liver — 500 grams
✓ Walnuts peeled — 100 grams
✓ Garlic — 2-3 cloves.
✓ Flour — 2 tbsp.
✓ Sour cream — 150 grams
✓ Herbs — dill, parsley.
✓ Butter — 100 grams
✓ Curry — 0, 5 teaspoons
✓ Seasoning for chicken — 1 tsp.
✓ Salt — to taste.


Liver clear from the films, season with salt, sprinkle with spices, roll in flour.

Fry the livers in half of the butter.

Nuts grind. Garlic skip through the press.

The garlic fry in the oil for 1 minute. Add nuts and cook, stirring, 3 minutes.

Sour cream mixed with flour and add to the nuts.

Season with salt, add curry. When it boils put in the sauce the liver.

Cover and simmer 7-10 minutes on low heat.
