Суп «Затируха»


Chicken — 1 Cup
Potatoes — 3 Pieces
Onion — 1 Piece
Carrots — 1 Piece
Flour — 3 Tbsp. spoon
Yolk — 1 Piece
Salt, spices — to taste
Number of servings: 4


To prepare the soup “Zatirukha” rinse chicken and place in a saucepan. Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil.

Onions cut into small cubes, and peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Potatoes, onions and carrots, place in the pot with the meat and let boil. Cook for 10 minutes.

While the soup is cooking, in a bowl, sift together wheat flour. Add 1 yolk and a pinch of salt.

Using hands, mash the yolk with the flour to a state of crumbs.

The resulting mass sift again. All that remains in a small strainer, perfect for soup. Showered meal will be extra.

The resulting grout pour in the soup. Powdering grout in the soup, it need to constantly stir so that the grout does not cook lumpy.

Soup, pepper, salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn off. Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
